I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the center of the city, close to the local bus station and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, always willing to assist. The rooms on the second floor had a fantastic view of the mountains. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was delicious!

The cleanliness of the hotel could definitely use improvement. We noticed that some areas of the room, such as the bathroom tiles, were not cleaned properly.

We had a great stay at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location was perfect for us as it was centrally located and easy to explore the city. Lastly, the rooms on the second floor had a nice view of the surrounding mountains, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.

The only small issue we encountered was the noise from the hallway reaching our room. But apart from that, everything was excellent.

Stayed 4 nights, best choose! Helpful and kind staff. Clean and spacious room. Organized excursions to Wadi Rum, Petra, Dead Sea. Excellent customer service. Nice view of mountains. Great terrace with shisha bar. Basic level of comfort
